These terms cover your use of businessbangerz.com and the services Business Bangerz provides. By using this site or booking a session with us, you're agreeing to them. If anything here doesn't match what we've agreed to in writing for a specific project, the written agreement wins.
Our services
Business Bangerz writes original songs for businesses — training material, sales and marketing content, policy rollouts, and similar use cases. Scope, timeline, and pricing for any specific project are agreed upon directly with the client before work begins.
Content ownership & reuse
Unless otherwise agreed and documented in writing, Business Bangerz retains the right to reuse songs, lyrics, recordings, and videos we produce — including work created for a specific client — for promotional, portfolio, or any other purposes, now or at any point in the future. If a project needs exclusive rights or other special terms, let's put that in writing before work starts.
Payment
Payment terms are set per project and confirmed before work begins. Rates shown on this site are starting points, not final quotes — actual pricing depends on project scope.
Newsletter & your info
The Banger of the Week newsletter is opt-in and confirmed by email before you're added. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We don't sell your email address.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business evolves. The version posted on this page is always the current one.
